By creating an account or accessing the Starrize® platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms of use, as well as our Privacy Policy.
2. Description of the Service
Starrize® is a digital and interactive network designed to support innovation, collaboration, and entrepreneurial growth. The Service includes:
- Multi-role profile creation
- A real-time needs feed
- A directory of resources and communities
- Events, rankings, and rewards
- Private messaging, personalized news feed
- A section of exclusive services for VIP members
Certain features may be subject to a paid subscription or specific conditions.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and updated information. The Company reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in the event of non-compliance with these terms.

7. Subscriptions and Payments
Certain advanced features of Starrize® are available via subscription. By subscribing to a paid plan, you accept the billing terms indicated at the time of purchase. Payments are processed via secure payment service providers. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time from your dashboard.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do our best to ensure its quality but do not guarantee the absence of bugs, interruptions, or errors. Starrize Technologies Inc. shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time via your profile settings. We reserve the right to suspend or close an account in cases of abuse, violation of terms, or prolonged inactivity.
10. Modifications
We may update these terms at any time. In the event of a material change, you will be informed by email or notification in the app. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Governing Law
These conditions are governed by the laws in force in Quebec, Canada. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Montreal.
